US HR Onboarding - US IT Staffing

Role & responsibilities

• Training Consultants on fill onboarding documents and verification.

• Onboardings with various fields like W2, C2C, 1099, Mexican OB, Non-IT (US Citizens) & Health Care.

• Working on HR portals like Ceipal (ATS & Workforce) and Conrep.

• Filing i9s and W4 copies or guiding the consultants on how to fill i9s and W4 copies.

• working on BGC portals like Hire right

• Handling insurance emails.

• Taking video call verifications for consultants for the I9 supporting documents generating E-Verifys

• Issuing appointment letters, employment verification letters, and experience letters to employees if needed for visa stamping.

• Preparing client letter and vendor letters, employer support letters with job duties and education details and relevant experience.

• Updating the records according to the requirements
