Roles & Responsibilities:

• Result driven US IT Recruitment professional with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.
• Expert level sourcing techniques (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media).
• Good in Boolean search, X-ray search techniques.
• Hands on experience with types of US work authorizations & types of Visa.
• Hands on experience in Tax terms (W2, 1099) and C2C.
• Good knowhow in US Time zones, States and North America geography.
• 1-3 years of experience in hiring for vanilla, niche and senior roles.
• End to end recruitment experience from requirements understanding, sourcing top notch candidates from the market, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement.
• Experience with ATS (applicant tracking system), preferably Ceipal
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
