Candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals • Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly • Candidate has to maintain good Database & rapport with tire1 vendors, vendors, and clients • Job Portal searches like dice, monster, career builder, tech fetch, indeed, linkedIn, etc and also other networking methods • He/she will be responsible for H1 transfer • Candidate must have good communication skill • He/she must have a good attitude • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing the work environment • Should have 2+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry • Must have a good understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for US Companies • Candidate must have well versed with marketing bench consultants
