Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including emails, calls, and notes from interviews.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market demands to improve sourcing strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in bench sales recruiting or related field (W2/C2C/H1B/H1).
  
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing landscape and ability to source top talent from diverse sources.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
