Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the US market.

Business Development:

- Source and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities.

- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of client specialists to achieve sales and operational goals.

- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented individuals to strengthen the team.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
