US IT Recruitment Manager (Team Lead and Team development)

Exp : Minimum 15+ Years.

Location : Chennai (T Nagar).

shift Time : US Shift.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruitment Manager (RDM) at VIVA-IT India.

- The role involves leading and developing a recruitment team, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring successful talent acquisition in the Information Technology sector.

Qualifications:

- Must be into VMS OR MSP Model.

- Experience in Hiring and Account Management.

- Knowledge of Information Technology industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Participate in all aspects of the sourcing process including JD interpretation, keywords extraction techniques, result set refinements and Resume matching.

- Monitor Recruiting Calls to suggest refinements in approach and implementation (Opening, Conversation & Closing).

- Observe Recruiter quality and productivity levels to intervene and suggest course corrections.

- Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for better understanding of requirements and client expectations.

- Train recruiters on sourcing techniques beyond job boards.

- Coach Recruiters on techniques for Probing, Negotiations, and conflict resolutions.

- Improve individual Business communication skills (Spoken and Written).

- Reiterate frequently and habituate on critical success factors - Work Discipline and organization.

Must have:

- Handled a large team of US IT Recruiters.

- Should have experience working on Direct client, Federal and state client requirements.

- Should have minimum 15 + years experience into US Recruitment.

- Should be willing to work in US Shift at our T Nagar Office (No Work from Home).
