Job Description

About The Role

We're looking for experienced technical recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts and help us find the best and brightest talent in the industry. As a lead technical recruiter you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for all technical positions from sourcing, interviewing to onboarding. Additionally, you would need to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Brand strategies and action plans to promote Oneture Technologies as an employer of choice to prospective hires.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership team to implement a clearly defined talent acquisition strategy as per our business requirements, financial goals and strategic initiatives

- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process forward (includes phone screening and face-to-face interviews, administering technical skills tests, contacting professional references etc.)

- Participating in the interview process to ensure that the candidate's qualifications meet the needs of the company based on experience, qualifications, availability, interest level, compensation and personality traits. Focus on finding candidates who not only have the right skills and experience but also fit into the company's culture.

- Understand complex technical requirements and job descriptions to identify top talent

- Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be immediately contacted when an opening occurs to minimize time-to-hire

- Conduct online technical challenges, hackathon to attract and hire best talent as required

- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiative as required

- Develop creative sourcing strategies using social media, networking, job portals and other channels to find active and passive candidates

- Participates in local conferences, think tanks, and recruitment associations in order to build a diverse network in industry to find the right candidates for job openings. Raise the awareness about the company's brand in the talent market.

- Work on building relationships and trust with job candidates so they are convinced and more likely to accept an offer from the company.

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting software to manage candidates throughout the recruiting process

- Understands the talent market through proactive research, keep abreast of current trends in the recruiting industry and share best practices with team members

- Undertake and implement Employer Branding initiatives from concept to completion

Education level: Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B. Tech ) in Computer Science and/or MBA in HR from reputed institute

Experience : 5 to 8 years of proven experience in IT technical recruitment

Skills:

- Proven ability to source, screen, and qualify candidates for highly technical positions

- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Utilize relevant sources for attraction such as job boards, job events, database, talent pooling, social media, headhunting and networking

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
