The role involves leading and executing employer branding and university relations strategies across India, Malaysia, and Indonesia, with a primary focus on strengthening the employer brand in India. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment between branding initiatives and business objectives. The position also includes managing a small team of two to three members, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and execution. This role contributes across all Business Areas in the region.
Main stakeholders are Talent Acquisition Community, Business Leaders, HRBP's and Employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with business objectives,
ensuring an authentic representation of the company's culture and values, and leading initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
- Planning and executing employer branding campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to reach
and engage prospective employees.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities and academic institutions to create robust talent pipelines through internships, campus ambassador programs, and other initiatives.
- Driving the creation of compelling employer brand messaging and marketing materials, lever-aging data-driven insights to optimize candidate attraction and engagement.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of employer branding and university relations efforts, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies and investments.
- Leading, developing, and coaching a team of two to three members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Developing, strategizing, and executing campaigns to enhance employer branding and talent engagement across the region.
Desired Skills:
- Full time graduation, PG is preferred
- 6+ years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, university relations, or related fields, preferably
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute employer branding strategies and initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and employer branding tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to lead and inspire a small team, while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across regions.
