HR Business Partner - Product Firm (10-14 yrs)

Job Description Summary:

This role assists the team leader in executing day-to-day strategic P&C initiatives across a range of functions. The objective is to provide comprehensive support and oversight for all relevant geographies and P&C matters within the organization. The People Partner (BP) will serve as the primary point of contact for both the management team and other P&C colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manages a team of staff employees, overseeing their performance and outcomes. Responsibilities include setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and recommending compensation changes.

- Develops the team's vision in alignment with the department's strategy and operational challenges, translating it into actionable plans. Works independently with minimal guidance from the Senior Manager.

- Acts as a go-to reference across various areas, proactively identifying solutions to complex issues.

- Enhances efficiency by utilizing knowledge of policies, procedures, and business plans.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Assists the team leader in designing and implementing medium to long-term HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

- Serves as the P&C liaison for the leadership team of the function/BU.

- Collaborates in defining and executing key P&C strategies and initiatives to support the function/BU's goals.

- Participates in defining and delivering transversal P&C projects.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in product/GIC organizations.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Experience managing a workforce of 500+ employees.

- Proven expertise in leading and executing large-scale transformation projects.

- 11-14 years of experience, ideally with a solid MBA background.

- Experience collaborating with Directors, BU Heads, and global stakeholders (preferred).
