Job Title : Manager/ Sr. Manager HR Tech
Location : Mumbai / Noida / Gurgaon (Priority Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities:
- Darwinbox Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation and ongoing customization of the Darwinbox platform to meet the organization's HR requirements.
- HR Process Optimization: Work with HR teams to identify process inefficiencies and leverage Darwinbox's functionalities to streamline processes.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT to integrate Darwinbox with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, time tracking systems).
- User Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to HR teams and employees on using the platform effectively.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards to help HR teams make data-driven decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, identify potential improvements, and implement them without relying on external consultants.
- Project Management: Manage the timeline and execution of any major upgrades or new modules introduced in the platform.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Darwinbox (mandatory): In-depth knowledge of all modules within Darwinbox, including but not limited to core HR, recruitment, performance, payroll, and learning management.
- Technical Skills: Ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot Darwinbox; knowledge of integration APIs, web services, or other technical platforms.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in generating, interpreting, and presenting HR metrics and reports using Darwinbox.
- HR Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices in areas like recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, etc.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to independently identify issues and find solutions, from platform customizations to process optimizations.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of implementations and system updates.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems beyond Darwinbox (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) can be a plus.
- Experience in change management related to HR tech implementations.
- Experience in user experience design for HR systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms in a technical or HR operations capacity.
