Senior US IT Recruiter

Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals using various recruitment platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT positions (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements
Negotiate compensation packages, including pay rates, benefits, and contract terms
Utilize ATS tools and CRM software to manage candidate information
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and hiring technologies

Required Skills Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Contract, C2C, W2, 1099, Full-time hiring)
Strong knowledge of IT terminologies, skill sets, and market trends
Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST)
