Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the staffing and recruitment industry
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in US staffing and recruitment business development
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US job market, visa types, recruitment trends, and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Networking: Ability to build strong professional relationships and industry connections
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Indeed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Master's degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field
