Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and creative Salesforce UX/UI Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing mockups and prototypes for Salesforce-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce design principles, including Lightning Design System (SLDS) and familiarity with Salesforce UX patterns.

You will work closely with business analysts, Salesforce developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.

- Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize user interfaces for Salesforce applications.

- Ensure adherence to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), maintaining consistency across UI components.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and suggest improvements to user workflows.

- Create pixel-perfect, user-friendly designs that balance functionality and aesthetic appeal, aligned with Salesforce's UX/UI guidelines.

- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs.

- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance user productivity and the overall experience within Salesforce applications.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in UX/UI design for Salesforce applications.

- Expertise in using Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and its components.

- Familiarity with Salesforce's standard objects, custom objects, and other key platform features.

- Experience designing enterprise applications with a user-centered approach.

- Strong knowledge of human-centered design principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

- A portfolio showcasing relevant Salesforce design work is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies for better collaboration with developers.

- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools like Flow and Page Layouts to understand the implementation constraints of Experience Cloud.

- Experience working with agile methodologies and in a fast-paced development environment.

Work Environment :

- Remote-first setup with occasional in-office collaboration as required.

- Flexible working hours to accommodate global project teams when necessary.
