Data Analyst - Sr. Executive (Talent Acquisition Team)

Role & responsibilities

As a CBRE talent acquisition team, you will assist in vendor management and data analysis required for smooth coordination of Talent Acquisition activities.

What Youll Do

• Requires excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills, along with the ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization, including executives.
• The resource will assist the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team in managing and executing transition processes to ensure smooth operational changes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance of vendors and internal team data.
• Assess manpower contract vendors and onboard them in coordination with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
• Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and report on necessary realignments.
• Ensure all data and documents are provided regularly to the compliance team.
• Ensure the smooth execution of employee processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing query management.
• Conduct monthly meetings with vendors, the TA team, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for seamless coordination.
• Design and revisit processes to improve the overall quality of deliverables within the vendor management function and to ensure cost optimization.
• Prepare monthly dashboards for vendor management.
• Assist the manager in preparing monthly and quarterly updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to tap into diverse talent pools.
• Effectively communicate with hiring managers and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring progress.
• Conduct interviews and meetings with new vendors.
• Ensure that enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing vendor monitoring are being met.

Experience / Requirements

• Master's Degree with 1-3+ years of relevant experience in data analyses and hands on experience of excel.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
