Job Description: HR Intern (Unpaid)

Location: Tata 1mg Office, Sec 14, Gurugram, Haryana.

Working Days: 5 Days/Week (In-Office)

Duration: Minimum 3 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Tata 1mg. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects. The role requires strong skills in MIS, data maintenance, and PowerPoint presentation creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating MIS reports.

Handle data management and ensure accuracy in HR records.

Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for HR-related activities.

Support the HR team in day-to-day tasks and projects.

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Excel (MIS skills preferred), MS PowerPoint, and data handling.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Availability to work in the office for 5 days a week for a minimum of 3 months.
