ESG Manager - Mumbai

• Develop, execute, and manage sustainability strategy in line with clients sustainability program.
• Design and implement Circular Economy strategy for client across its facilities.
• Waste Management analysis at sites for obtaining TRUE certification.
• Support for energy saving initiatives based on energy audits and other proposals for potential opportunities for legacy sites.
• Conduct energy audits, addresses energy efficiency improvement measures as per ISO 50001 requirements and local laws in place.
• Engage with local team to identify opportunities for water savings and develop projects for water saving initiatives in APAC region.
• Ensure that global environmental standards are applied throughout the managed properties.
• Responsible for identifying sustainability initiatives and implementing those environmental measures, low/zero carbon solutions and operational best practices.
• Plan and oversee the budget for sustainability-related activities in waste, water or energy.
• Provide training to facility teams on the management of sustainability impacts.
• Develop and present monthly progress updates and regional performance reporting. Monitor and report on utility consumption, spend and forecasting.
• Support site teams to deliver data for carbon reporting.
• Communicate all elements of the work programme with all relevant stakeholders both internal and client based.
• Support the delivery of all aspects of the work programme as required.
• ESG reporting.
