Role - Energy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead IGBC Green Cities certification program with support from platform team.
• Drive overall ESG program including other relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, IGBC, WELL etc.).
• Sustainability knowledge Energy, water, waste, mobility, social, ICT, carbon emissions calculations.
• Sustainability data analysis & Sustainability Reporting, as required.
• Facilitate sourcing of Renewable energy to maximize RE use in next few years. Platform team will support on RE sourcing as required.
• Support client on Social and Governance aspects of ESG with assistance from platform team.
• Proactively identify and implement energy / water / waste / biodiversity footprint optimization / social initiatives / ICT optimizations and trainings and other programs related to client ESG goals.
• Coordinate with clients, account teams and external partners for ESG / Certification-related reporting.
• Lead the creation of best-in-class solutions in ESG to develop a world-class campus benchmarked to global standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provides oversight to individual employees working on ESG / allied areas. Approves site teams recommendations for activities related to ESG.
• Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies around ESG. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Certificates and/or Licenses

Any of the below certifications is desirable:

• Energy Manager Bureau of Energy Efficiency / Sustainability Program / Energy Auditor
• LEED Green Associate / LEED AP
• IGBC AP
