Job Description
This position shall report to General Manager - Energy Services. Key Responsibilities - Plan Energy Audit and Detailed Engineering Design, execution job in coordination with sales team and project scheduling.
- Maintain smooth coordination between front end and execution team.
- Help office manager in proposal and offer making.
- Responsible to handle project costing and project time estimation.
- Responsible to Conduct EA/DED for key accounts and, help sales for service selling (EA/DED/TM).
- Responsible to Monitor execution team for successful and timely completion of job.
- Responsible for review calculation, report and drawing review/check.
- Help and guide team to improve their expertise and skills w.r.t subject knowledge.
- Conduct training, weekly reviews with team and guide them to achieve their key performance indicators and goals.
- Monitor project invoicing with finance and sales team.
- Drive front end team for Energy Audit, Detailed Engineering Design and Trap Management implementation.
- Responsible for overall business and execution of services. Key Requirements - BEE certified Energy Auditor with relevant experience in steam system audits.
- Energy Audit experience with knowledge in Detailed Engineering Design (DED).
- Detail oriented with passion and experience in driving Thermal Energy audits and DED.
- Must have graduation in Mechanical Engineering. Education Level Bachelors Degree Experience Level More than 9 years Benefits Physical Requirements
