- Experienced in identifying building parameters for inputting into Trane Trace (Take-offs).

- Lead MEP projects globally, ensuring team representation.

- Support in preparing estimations and marketing collateral.

- Demonstrate expertise during client interactions (English verbal and written skills) to ensure smooth technical and project information flow.

- Manage multiple tasks and projects, adaptable to multiple shifts.

- Strong understanding of MEP & F Design Development and proficiency in MEP services for large-scale building projects.

- Skilled in Trane Trace 700, REVIT MEP 3D Modeling, and AutoCAD.

- Coordination experience with architects and consultants.

- Knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G and Chapter 11 standards.

- Adapt international construction technology and quality standards.

- Deliver error-free, quality-controlled outputs with enthusiasm and focus.
