Job Description: • Experienced with identifying building parameters for inputting into Trane Trace (Take offs).

• To lead MEP projects to the clients worldwide and ensure all team members are appropriately represented.

• To demonstrate in-depth expertise during client interaction (English verbal and written skills) to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information.

• Multitasking with the ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects. Flexible and open to multiple shifts.

• Should have good understanding of MEP Design Development.

• Experienced with Trane Trace 700, REVIT MEP in 3D Modeling and AutoCAD software

• Should have done Co-ordination with Architects & other Consultants.

• Should have knowledge in ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G and Chapter 11 standards.

• Ability to adapt international construction technology and quality standards.

• To work with enthusiasm, focus to deliver error-free, and quality controlled deliverables.

Desired Profile: • 8 years, with strong energy modeling bias and a very comfortable approach with all aspects of building services. Team management skills and client handling experience.

• Passion and desire to learn and innovate.

• Willingness and motivation to work in a team environment.

• Candidates with long-term vision and dedication towards our profession.

• The individual must have sufficient interest and motivation to upgrade their technical expertise as required on an ongoing basis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, as this position requires direct communication with the clients across the globe.

Qualification:

• Excellent Academic Background, B.E, B.Tech, BArch would be Preferable.

• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English.

Years of Experience: 8 + yrs.

Key Skill: Trane Trace 700, Revit, AutoCAD, HVAC Load calculations
