Job Description
- To plan, manage and control all Mechanical project design and drawings development, including project management, quality control and timeline management.
- To ensure resources are managed in order to meet project needs, whilst meeting the needs of the business.
- To lead various teams in delivering projects to the clients in US and ensure all team members are appropriately represented.
- To demonstrate in-depth know-how during client interaction (verbal and written) to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information.
- Should have good understanding of Mechanical Design Development.
- Should be proficient in MEP Services of large and medium scale building projects.
- Should have excellent level knowledge in ASHRAE, SMACNA and LOD Standards.
- Should have worked on AutoCAD MEP and REVIT MEP in Design, 3D Modeling, Detailing of Drawing, and Clash Detection etc.
- Able to perform HVAC design using Trane Trace, HAP, Wrightsoft Manual J, D and S or E20, Load calculation, Equipment selection.
