- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Media Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our digital media solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital media sales, a strong understanding of online advertising, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored digital media solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Digital Media Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of our digital media products and services.
- Provide expertise on digital advertising platforms, including programmatic advertising, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports to clients.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Work with marketing teams to create sales collateral.
- Performance and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to manage sales activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in digital media sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital media and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools.
