About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer to join our growing technology team.

Based in Navi Mumbai, Vashi, you will lead the development and maintenance of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms using React Native.

Responsibilities :

Mobile Application Development : Design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.

Cross-Platform Development : Build and maintain applications that function seamlessly across both iOS and Android devices.

Technology Evaluation & Implementation : Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new mobile technologies and tools to maximize development efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.

Full Mobile Development Lifecycle : Manage the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Architecture & Design : Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of our mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Code Quality & Best Practices : Enforce code quality standards, best practices, and coding guidelines within the team.

Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Problem Solving & Debugging : Identify and resolve technical issues, debug code, and troubleshoot application problems.

Performance Optimization : Optimize mobile applications for performance, battery life, and user experience.

Testing & Quality Assurance : Implement testing strategies and ensure thorough testing of mobile applications before release.

Release Management : Manage the release process for mobile applications, including app store submissions and updates.

Technical Skills :

React Native : Extensive experience with React Native framework for cross-platform mobile development.

JavaScript : Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

Mobile Development (iOS & Android) : Solid understanding of iOS and Android platform-specific development concepts and best practices.

Native Modules (Preferred) : Experience with integrating native modules in React Native applications is a plus.

State Management : Experience with state management libraries (e.g, Redux, Context API).

UI/UX Design : Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices for mobile applications.

API Integration : Experience with integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Version Control : Proficiency with Git.

Mobile Development Tools : Familiarity with mobile development tools (e.g, Xcode, Android Studio, debugging tools).

Testing Frameworks : Experience with mobile testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, Detox).

CI/CD : Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.

Qualifications :

- BE/BTech/MTech degree.

- 4+ years of total experience in mobile application development.

- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or in a leadership role within a mobile development team.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
