Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Understand client business objectives and develop tailored media solutions that meet their specific needs and exceed expectations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the digital media landscape.
- Analyze market data and identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities for CarWale.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven success in media sales, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools
