Roles & Responsibilities.

Sales and Operations Leadership:

As a Junior Hub Head - Sales & Operations, you will lead the expansion of our customer base, oversee operational excellence, and achieve sales targets across designated regions. Your expertise in managing regional operations, meeting sales quotas, and optimising inventory will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational efficiency. Combining strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills, you will ensure the smooth functioning of operations while mentoring and leading a team towards achieving business objectives.

Act as a core team member for the Sales and Operations function at the state level, with a focus on both strategic planning and P&L achievement.

Oversee and manage end-to-end sales and operational processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Set up and manage the sales unit, develop operational processes, and conduct daily performance reviews for team members.

Channel and Inventory Management:

Plan acquisitions, allocations, and strategic partnerships with channel partners within the designated territory.

Manage inventory levels to ensure consistent supply across all channel partners and optimise inventory turnover rates.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient product flow and timely replenishment of stock.

5+Years of experience in Sales, Retail role Good affinity towards data Preferred Masters from a Premier Institute. Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity Strong knowledge of process excellence and process re-engineering Great team management skills Possess excellent observational, analytical, and reporting skills. Skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, capable of delivering high-quality customer service.
