Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in bulk hiring to join our HR team at Cars24. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent, especially for high-volume hiring needs across various roles and departments. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the recruitment process, especially in scaling recruitment efforts efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage bulk recruitment campaigns across various functions, including frontline roles, customer service, operations, and more.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of candidates, using job boards, social media, campus recruitment, and other channels.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job specifications for multiple positions.
• Conduct high-volume interviews, screenings, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the desired qualifications and fit within the company culture.
• Manage recruitment operations, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for bulk hiring requirements and work proactively to meet hiring deadlines.
• Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and increase quality of hire.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience during all stages of the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a strong focus on bulk hiring for a variety of roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and managing large candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing platforms.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong passion for recruitment and delivering outstanding results for large-scale hiring needs.
