JOB PROFILE :- Business Development Manager

To promote / sell & do the marketing for Gladwin range of IT / Collaborations Solutions / Electronics / AV / Hi-tech digital platform to educational sector / R&D institutions / Universities / Medical / Eng. Colleges / Govt. Sector / Corporate sector.

Finding new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and researching competitors.

Developing relationship with Clients, partners, and sponsors to generate repeat business.

Developing business strategies, sales tactics, and presentation for potential clients.

Identifying and generating new business opportunities building relationship with potential clients and driving revenue growth.

Conduct market research and do analysis to understand clients requirements, create business plans, generate progress report and create presentations.

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Officer to lead our sales efforts in promoting Gladwin Digital IT products to educational institutions, governments, and other organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education and IT sectors

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and customer service

6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

You should be in the, age group of 28-35 years, willing to work in Delhi/NCR region and other parts of India. We would like to train/ groom and nurture the future Managers and make you an advance hi-tech marketing professional.

1. 5-10 years of sales experience in the education technology or IT industry

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

3. Strong understanding of the education technology market, including industry trends and competitor landscape

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

CTC includes salary / variable income components / perks / PF etc. The CTC to the Exp. candidates min (5-10yrs) will starts from Rs. 4-8 lacs PA, depending on your candidature / experience. The package also includes extra incentives earning in few Lacs PA depending upon your hard work and earning performance potential.

Good candidates selected for work can be placed abroad to our any Foreign Bases, after One Year of regular proven service in the Gladwin Group of Companies.
