Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking two experienced Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in agency sales, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Principal duties:

We are looking to employ a persuasive Advertising Sales Representative to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services. The Advertising Sales Representatives responsibilities include identifying clients need, researching competitor’s advertising services, products, and prices, and responding to potential client’s inquiries. You should also be able to provide client with cost and estimates of the products or services required.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.

Assisting the team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.

Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within an advertising or marketing agency.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and branding concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Own Conveyance is must.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
