What will you drive?

As a Key Account Manager for Cars24s Dealer Marketplace (Dealer Mall / Classified Product), you will play a crucial role in launching and expanding our platform in your city. Your responsibilities will include:-

• Dealer Acquisition & Relationship Management:-

> Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with used-car dealers.

> Build a strong network of dealers to drive business growth.

> Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, ensuring long-term partnerships.

• Sales & Revenue Growth:-

> Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for subscriptions, transactions, and service packages.

> Drive revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

> Identify and execute strategies to improve dealer engagement and retention.

• Market Expansion & Execution

> Develop and implement a city-wise expansion plan, prioritizing key growth areas.

> Work on-the-ground to increase dealer participation and ensure seamless execution.

> Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting

> Monitor dealer activity and sales performance to meet business objectives.

> Provide regular reports on sales metrics, dealer feedback, and market trends.

> Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings based on market insights.

• Product & Business Growth Contribution

> Work closely with product and business teams to enhance dealer experience.

> Provide feedback for feature improvements and new revenue opportunities like financing, ad placements, and inspections.

Who are we looking for ?

• 1+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or business development, preferably in auto-tech, automotive, or marketplace sectors.
• Strong track record of dealer engagement, sales target achievement, and relationship management.
• Minimum graduate degree.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage dealer relationships effectively.
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to drive revenue and business growth.
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of marketplace platforms and subscription-based models.
• Proactive and execution-driven, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively within the city to drive on-ground dealer engagement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
