Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for the automotive domain. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, the ability to manage the hiring process efficiently, and be open to traveling for walk-in drives when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring as per business needs.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in automotive domain.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using various recruitment platforms.
• Willingness to travel when required for recruitment drives.
• Ability to handle multiple positions within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
