Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience in recruitment to join our team. In this role, you will assist in finding and hiring the best talent for our organization. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibility

• Source and identify candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records .
• Help with offer letters and onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications

• MBA/ MA/MSW in Human Resource Management.
• year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with recruitment tools and job boards.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
