Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a third-party payroll basis.

Role & responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between Hiring Manager and candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, including clear communication regarding job expectations, process timelines, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their ongoing hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers, including compensation and benefits, and ensure candidates are well-informed.
• Manage a high-volume of recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Skill Set Required:

• Proven experience as an HR recruiter.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
