Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Industrial Engineering – Process, Methods, and Tools (PMT) Team. This role will involve analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes, methods, and tools to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in process improvement, lean methodologies, and tool optimization to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work on Process Mapping, Time & Motion Studies, and Work Standardization to enhance operational performance.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in production and assembly processes.
• Assist in designing, evaluating, and optimizing tools, jigs, and fixtures for improved manufacturing performance.
• Work on automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all industrial engineering initiatives.
• Provide support in process documentation, SOP creation, and training of operators on new methods and tools.
• Assist in the selection and integration of new technologies and best practices in manufacturing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts, including process optimization, work measurement, and lean tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, tool design, and production processes.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and project management tools.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
