Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP)

What youll do:

OMLP is a two-year entry-level rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.

There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete:

• Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
• Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
• Technical (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications):

• Engineering master degrees. Supply chain masters degrees must have hands on manufacturing experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in India.
• Desire to stay in India post completion of the OMLP program.
• Overall GPA (or equivalent) greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding).
• Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate)
• No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience.
• Open to relocation (within home country. There are no international rotations).
• English fluency level.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: All CVs must be submitted in English to be considered.

Relocation requirement: All rotations will be in Switzerland. There are no international rotations. Must be willing to stay in one of the hiring cities upon completion of the program.
