We are looking for an HR Operations & Compliance Specialist who will be the backbone of our HR function - ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and an efficient workplace.

What You'll Do:
Compliance & Legal Framework:
- Ensure all HR processes comply with labor laws, payroll regulations, and employment policies.
- Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, etc.
- Keep HR documentation audit-ready, minimizing legal risks.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, payroll data, benefits, leaves).
- Oversee payroll, taxation, full & final settlements, and ensure seamless HR systems.
- Support onboarding, exits, and day-to-day HHR Operations & Compliance Specialist.
Workplace Management & Culture:
- Implement HR policies and best practices to create a structured yet dynamic environment.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and compliant workspace for employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make HR more efficient and impactful.

Who Should Apply?.
3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, or Admin roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about making HR efficient and legally sound.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
