Job Description

TalentART Partners is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. In this role, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across all functions, both technical and non-technical, to support our continued growth.

What You'll Do?

- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for open positions across India.

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to qualify candidates.

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. -

What You'll Bring?


- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

- Creative sourcing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- TalentART Partners is an executive search firm focussing on diversity hiring across the India and APAC Region. All the employees are women in the 2nd inning, and work remotely.
