Reporting to: Head Corporate Communications
Key Skills :
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of media landscape (especially corporate, telecom & education), ability to cultivate and maintain media relations.
- Exceptional content writing with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of domestic and global news/trends and its impact on business.
- Deep knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channels.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Strong storytelling ability and proficiency in crafting integrated 360 degree strategies.
- Internal communication expertise to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- Diploma/Professional certification in social media management.
- Relevant experience of 5-7 years.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Corporate Communication in all internal and external communications.
- Media tracking & circulation of relevant news to group leadership on a real-time basis.
- Identify timely & consistent information to relevant employees/internal stakeholders through.
- Various communication programs.
- Assists in development and execution of communications strategies (External & Internal) to support the Trust and Group's various corporate activities.
- Quick turnaround in terms of drafting and finalization of press release, talking points, quotes, responses, articles for Group leadership and other stakeholders.
- Liaising with media stakeholders across print & digital media for all engagements of leadership & ensuring positive professional relationships with various members of the media.
- Draft & update corporate communication on social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, industry magazines etc.
- Draft & update content for the website, supporting the Head of Corporate Communication in identifying actionable in a timely manner on the same.
- Support with strategic inputs and content development on important group companies related announcements.
- Maintain group archives and update on regular basis.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Support Corporate Communication dept. in developing, updating and fine-tuning various corporate presentations/pressers/information dockets etc.
