Role: Senior Leadership - Strategic Reputation & Image Management

About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join a high-impact, senior leadership role in a reputation management firm that works with India's top 50-100 A-list celebrities.
- You will be responsible for creating and executing large-scale strategic campaigns to enhance and manage their public image and reputation.
- This role offers a unique combination of leadership, creativity, and analytical rigor, with the opportunity to shape the public narrative for some of India's most influential figures
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Campaign Design & Execution:
- Develop and lead comprehensive reputation and image management campaigns tailored to each client's needs.
- Strategize and execute campaigns targeting diverse audiences, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in India, while balancing luxury and mass-market segments.
2. Celebrity Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Collaborate closely with high-profile clients, understanding their goals, values, and public personas to craft effective narratives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to A-list celebrities across industries, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
Key Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Graduate/post-graduate degree from premier institutions (IITs, IIMs, or equivalent) with a strong analytical foundation.
- Professional Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale campaigns, ideally in reputation management, marketing, or public relations.
- Proven success in leading campaigns targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in India, as well as luxury audiences.
Skills & Attributes:
- A balanced blend of analytical and creative thinking.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with high-pressure, high-stakes situations with composure and professionalism.
- Deep understanding of media, branding, and public perception dynamics in India.
Age Range:
- Preferably between 28-35 years.
