Your Mission:

- Elevate operational excellence by implementing innovative processes and best practices across our delivery center.

- Scale our talented teams strategically across web development, digital creative, and technology enablement.

- You will manage Centers of Excellence, Finance operations, HR and Admin Operations for India Office.

- Focus on cutting down the production efforts, improve quality, and reduce the turnaround time of deliverables.

- Partner with US leadership to strengthen our global delivery capabilities and drive operational innovation.

- Transform delivery frameworks, quality standards, and operational efficiency to new heights.

What You'll Bring:

- 10+ years of experience in digital/creative agency or technology services, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

- Strong track record of scaling and optimizing delivery teams in India for global organizations.

- Deep understanding of web development, digital projects, and creative technology landscape.

- Expertise in talent development, performance optimization, and building centers of excellence.

- Excellence in cross-cultural communication and collaboration with global stakeholders.
