Job Summary.
- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Operations professional to oversee our HR operational activities and ensure our HR processes are effective and efficient.
- The ideal candidate will manage and streamline HR operations, handle employee relations, payroll, compliance, and benefits, while driving continuous improvements in processes and policies.
- This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficient execution of HR activities.
- Oversee HR systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, data integrity, and compliance.
- Implement and manage HR processes for new hires, terminations, and employee life cycle events.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrolment, updates, and handling inquiries.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and industry standards, updating policies as necessary.
Performance Management Support:
- Support performance review processes, working with managers to ensure timely and effective evaluations.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee performance improvement plans.
- Facilitate 360-degree review meetings to gather well-rounded feedback for performance assessments.
- Identify skill gaps through performance analysis and propose targeted training or improvement plans.
- Develop an overview of learning opportunities to support continuous employee development.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate reports on HR activities, including turnover, recruitment, and employee satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare quarterly reports to track performance trends and support strategic planning.
- Compile annual performance data to support the yearly appraisal process and salary reviews.
HR Project Management:
- Lead or participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR operations and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Development (MHRD).
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, with proven experience in process improvement and HRIS management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll and benefits platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
