Role & responsibilities
At this level your work will typically focus on delivering quality customer service and continuously improving service delivery.
Core activities and outcomes at this level may include:
Investigate and respond to queries through various communication channels as appropriate
Helpdesk: First point of contact for Capita managers and employees for queries
Payroll: Inputting, processing and checking payroll transactions in a timely manner.
Pensions: learn the rules governing the different pensions schemes and apply these when assisting customers and stakeholders
HR Administration: Covers a broad spectrum of processes. Key activity is the managing of HR Operations tasks within Workday and supporting Onboarding activity.
Learning: Content design, development and deployment.
