Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives
• Recruitment, Onboarding, Documentation, Employee life cycle management
• Coordinate with the candidates until they get joined.
• Maintain the candidates database in Excel & Software
• Talent acquisition
• Maintain employees record of recruitment & relieving formalities

HRM & HRD

• PMS and all other
• Training & Development
• Employee Motivation & Engagement
• Manage ISO audit
• Any other responsibilities entrusted from time to time
• Employee Engagement

MIS

• Creating and maintaining MIS reports
• Contract Labour management
• Legal and compliance

Administration

• Plant and office administration
• Should know Emails handling

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate must have experience in above job profile function.
• Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills
• Minimum 1 year serving in a role for Human Resources.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
