Immediate Requirement For HR Generalist - Rotational Shift - Chennai

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a focus on HR Business Partnering. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and will be comfortable working in rotational shifts. In this role, you will support business leaders, manage day-to-day HR operations, and help create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, maintain positive relationships, and promote a healthy work culture.
• Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts and help onboard new employees.
• Performance Management: Assist in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing development support.
• Employee Well-being & Benefits: Promote employee well-being and handle the administration of benefits programs
• HR Compliance: Ensure all HR processes comply with labour laws and company policies.
• Change Support: Help manage organizational changes smoothly.
• HR Data: Use HR metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and business needs.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
