Job Description
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).
- Design and implement Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other configurations.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation solutions within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
- Ensure ServiceNow best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, bugs, and performance-related problems.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Maintain ServiceNow documentation and provide user training when necessary.
