About The Role :
Develop and Customize:Create and modify ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Configure ITSM Modules:Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog modules.
Integrate Systems:Use REST and SOAP web services to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Documentation:Maintain technical documentation, including configuration and design documents.
Requirement Gathering:Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews.
Platform Upgrades:Perform platform upgrades and manage skipped updates.
Workflow Automation:Develop workflows and automate processes to improve user experience.
