Job Description
Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow s scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
Configure, train and evaluate NowAssist feature sets against the business needs. Train and fine-tune LLM models for ServiceNow improve co-pilot performance.
Tech Skills
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs.
Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript.
ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with NowAssist will be a plus as well.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
