Support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team
General support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications
Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications and work directly with MX GPI IT Fullfillers to resolve support issues
Monitoring the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow as well as develop system integrations and process automation
Create and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs
Design criteria and test cases for testing; perform unit testing and document results.
Coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Develop technical design, follow defined process for timely completion of high-quality deliverables.

Your profile
3 - 5 years of ServiceNow administration development
ServiceNow Instance Administration
1st 2nd Level support for MX Service Gateway
Management, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
ServiceNow ITSM Service Management platform
Appropriate technical, IT Service Management (ITIL V4) and/or project management (PMP, PRINCE2) certification.
Preferable Immediate Joiner or NP less than 1 Month
