Senior Delivery Manager - GE Proficy

The Service Delivery Manager MES is responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within client organizations.

• This role involves managing service delivery teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing MES solutions to enhance manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of MES projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MES services, addressing any issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage service delivery teams, including MES consultants, engineers, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MES solutions and service delivery practices.
• Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds the agreed-upon SLAs and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed to support MES implementations and support.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients on project status, service performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
