Senior Delivery Manager - Money Out

The Purpose of This Role

The Senior Delivery Manager would play a key role within the Money out function to support Fidelitys clients and internal partners (US & INDIA). They will also be accountable for the day-to-day service delivery and success of their direct/in-direct teams. They will work closely with the Senior Management & Global Partners on strategies to expand and drive efficiencies, understand the business priorities and ever-increasing needs of our clients to align their teams to execute the day-to-day operations. Continuously focus in developing the team to achieve Individual goals and contribute to larger Organizational goals.

The Value You Deliver

• Responsible for leading larger/ extended teams and set Goals at a Functional level aligned to larger business Goal.
• Lead day-to-day operations and review efficiency and quality of teams. Define & establish operational metrics, to accommodate business changes.
• Identify issues\bottlenecks that prevent \ hinder the organization in providing the outstanding customer experience, escalate them appropriately to fix those issues.
• Clearly communicate goals, Check- in with employees to ensure theyre making progress and provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action, with the assistance of Human Resources, when needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for team members. Identify the current proficiencies of each associate, Support, mentor and provide training and development in required skill areas.
• Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, capacity planning and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience
• Lead Global initiatives which has strategic impact to the way we do business.

How Your Work Impacts the Organization

Money-out process is subject to SOX, SAS 70 and TA guidelines and consists multiple functions. These functions are a combination of both Transaction level and analytical skill-based processing. Each function is unique and is governed by plan-specific rules and IRS regulations. Working on multiple complex record keeping systems while adhering to set procedures and abiding to all regulatory/legal norms. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve working within the various Fidelity business units such as client service management, implementations, financial operations, WPS to accurately updating transaction into participants retirement account.

The Expertise were looking for;

• Bachelors degree in commerce\Management with 12+ years of overall Workplace investing/ Mutual Fund Industry / Financial services experience, including at least 7 + years in Leadership role.
• Mentoring, negotiating and Influencing skills.

Shift timings: 7:30 pm 4:30 PM, Subject to US DST changes.
