Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, configure, and optimize IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves customizing ITSM modules, developing integrations, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- ITSM Module Development : Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.) to meet business requirements.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and optimize workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance IT service delivery.

- Integrations : Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaboration : Work closely with ITSM process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.

- Documentation : Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.

- Support : Assist during user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript).

- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITSM Implementation Specialist certifications.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices.
